Paul Rankin’s Roscoff restaurant won Northern Ireland’s first Michelin star, and The BBC Good Food Magazine’s Restaurant of the Year; his restaurant Cayenne won the Michelin Bib Gourman, Jameson’s Best Restaurant in Ireland, and Time Out’s 8th Best Restaurant. There are now 9 further restaurants and 12 franchised cafes including at key airports.
